Is Top Wok Parkstone a part of a chain?
No. Top Wok was founded by Ronnie Luke when he opened the Christchurch takeaway in 1994. this grew to include takeaways in Ferndown, Bournemouth and Parkstone.
However all the Top Wok branches are now independently run. Top Wok Parkstone remains as the only Top Wok run by the original founder.
Does the original Top Wok founder still actively work at Top Wok Parkstone?
Yes, Ronnie still runs the Top Wok takeaway in Poole and is always looking for ways to improve the menu, taste and service on offer. Please get in touch through our contact us page if you have any suggestions of feedback.
Where does Top Wok Parkstone deliver to?
Top Wok Parkstone offers a full delivery service covering Poole, Bournemouth and surrounding areas. We have no minimum order, however a delivery charge of £1.00(exc. VAT) is applied to all takeaway orders within a 2 mile radius and £1.00(exc. VAT) for each extra mile.
Does Top Wok Parkstone pre-cook and microwave dishes?
No,Top Wok Parkstone cooks every order from scratch. We follow the virtues that made Top Wok the most popular and respected Chinese takeaway in Bournemouth and Poole area, our highly skilled chefs use fresh ingredients to create the best tasting dishes.
Does Top Wok offer Gluten free dishes?
Yes. As we cook every order from scratch, we can make 90% of our dishes gluten free. Some dishes are impossible to make without using gluten in the ingredients understandably. Please check when placing your order and we will be happy to advise or check out our online menu.
Do you cater for birthdays, anniversaries and special events?
Yes, Top Wok Parkstone runs a catering service which has created menus for events tailored to your requirements. Please see our Catering Service page for more information.
Is there any way to get a quicker delivery in busy period?
We always try to deliver as soon as we can but we have put together our top tips to ensure a quicker order:
Order before 6.30pm or after 9pm. It is always quieter then as 7pm - 8.30pm is our peak time.
Weather is a factor, we get twice as many orders when it rains or snows!
Orders can be placed anytime in advance, on special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, New Years Day and other bank holiday weekends we will guarantee delivering within a one hour window if you order one day in advance.
